If the Orthodontist you have chosen for treatment has selected OrthoBanc to manage your monthly payments, you may have some questions. Let’s start with an overview of how it works.

  • Your Orthodontist will help you determine the right payment plan for you and you will provide them with account information for your monthly payments to be drafted.
  • Once the payment plan is selected, OrthoBanc will electronically draft your account each month for the amount of your payment.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about your payment, you can contact us directly. The practice also communicates with us about your account.

So it’s that simple! We know you still may have a few more questions though. Here are some of the most common questions:

Q: How is OrthoBanc beneficial to me?

A: OrthoBanc automatically drafts your monthly payment and sends the payment to your Orthodontist. Just set it, and forget it!

Q: When will my payments begin?

A: Your payments begin on the start date you selected on your Payment Plan agreement. OrthoBanc will start processing your payments on that date and will continue until each payment has been processed.

Q: What if I need to change something on my account?

A: If you ever need any help with your account, we’ll be happy to assist you. Simply go to OrthoBanc.com/help. From there you can:
  • Request to pay your account in full.
  • Request to update your payment info.
  • Request to change a scheduled payment, and more!
If you are updating your payment info or changing a scheduled payment, OrthoBanc needs at least a three (3) business day notice before your scheduled draft date.

Q: What happens if an attempted draft fails?

A: OrthoBanc will contact you by mail, phone, and email. Please contact us at (800) 636-6600 Option 1, where our Customer Care Team is available to assist you in making any necessary arrangements on your account.

Q: May I contact OrthoBanc directly?

A: You can reach us by logging into your account and choosing the Contact Us link. If you don’t remember your login info, you can go to OrthoBanc.com/help. You may also contact us at (800) 636-6600 Option 1.
